What if it rains?
Rain Cancellation Policy If rain disrupts your session at Kings Pickleball Arena, you may request a reschedule or partial refund according to the portion of time played: • If less than 25% of your booking time has passed, you are eligible for a 50% refund or full reschedule credit. • If more than 25% of your booking time has passed, no refunds will be issued, but you may receive a reschedule credit (subject to management approval and slot availability). • If over 50% of your session has been completed, the session will be considered fulfilled and no refund or reschedule will apply. All requests must be made within 48 hours by emailing refund.kingspickleball@gmail.com with your booking confirmation and preferred option. Kings Pickleball Arena reserves the right to make the final decision on all weather-related requests.
How Refunds Are Issued?
All refunds are processed in the form of credits to your Rezerv account, which can be used for future bookings within 30 days.
Am I able to cancel my booking?
We manage end-to-end influencer partnerships, from identification to negotiation and execution.
What Amenities we have?
Complimentary Shower Access Guests who spend a minimum of SGD $20 nett at any of the hotel’s dining outlets, either before or after their game, are welcome to use the shower facilities located on Level 6. Please present your same-day F&B receipt at the Front Desk to collect an access key. Guest details will be recorded upon issuance, and the key must be returned after use to avoid penalty charges. Toilets are located inside Holiday Inn
Are pickleball paddles and balls available for rent at Kings Pickleball Arena?
Yes, pickleball paddles are available for rent in Singapore at Kings Pickleball Arena. You can find them in the black box located at Court 4, with rental priced at $5 per paddle. For pickleball balls, players can conveniently purchase them from the on-site vending machine. This ensures you have everything you need to play pickleball in Singapore without bringing your own equipment.
